New Ministry of Natural Resources Requirements for Docks and Single Story Boathouses
Effective immediately, the Town of Gravenhurst Building Department will require a copy of the Land Use Permit issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources for your proposed construction of docks and single storey boathouses occupying more than 15 square metres.(shadow). This work permit should be submitted at the time of application.
The Ministry Requirements that affect Gravenhurst include:
New docks, expansions of existing docks, seasonal docks, and single storey boathouses.
