These two cabins prove you don't have to be big to make a big impact! They are standalone from each other offering both you and your guests a private cabin experience. Together the two cabins sleep six. The property offers a western exposure, beautiful sunsets and long lake views from the dock. The cabins are nestled in the trees where there is plenty of privacy and flat land offering lots of potential. The access to the waterfront is by way of a series of shared, well built stairs and meanders gently down the grade of the property. The lake view is narrow as the property is situated in ""the narrows"". There is crown land directly across, making the property feel very private. The narrows connect one end of the Gibson lake to the other with a respected ""no wake"" zone.This property is accessed by a private road and is less than 10 km from Hwy 400 and the town of Bala. The road is a well maintained gravel road winding through scenic forested land. Road maintenance fee is $500/yr to the Cottage Lake Association.
